I am an executive coach based in central London drawing on 30 years of successful senior managerial experience leading large teams, managing change, and developing strategy. I have worked internationally for the government, UK HE sector and a FTSE 100 company. I have lived in 8 countries and worked in over 30. I work with managers and leaders encouraging them to strengthen key competencies and develop a global mindset, essential for leadership in complex organisations both public and private in a globally connected world.’
My coaching style is client centred, highly supportive and solutions focussed. I draw on a number of schools of coaching, always tailoring my approach to the needs of the individual. I am passionate about helping clients both in the UK and globally to find new perspectives, fulfil their potential and lead more balanced and enriched lives.

I offer individual coaching both face-to-face and virtually across a wide range of subject areas I use my expertise from working in large international organisations, universities included, to help my clients navigate a successful path through complexity and conflict, build networks and partnerships inside and outside their organisations, and to work across cultures. Clients tell me through my coaching they have become better managers, more strategic and more confident. Many have found a job they love.
I have an MBA from London Business School, a Professional Certificate in Coaching (PCIC), distinction level, from Henley Business School and I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – a distinction only awarded to 4% of coaches globally (115 in the UK). I am also a qualified trainer, consultant and mindfulness practitioner.
